When you send a booking request from the form on this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, nationality, the course, date, time and number of guests you would like, and anything you write in the message or note fields.

We do not ask for payment details on this website. Payment is arranged after we reply, through a PayPal link.

We use these details to reply to your request, confirm a room and time, prepare your visit, and answer questions you ask us. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

The booking form does not send anything on its own. It writes a message in your browser, which you then send to us yourself on WhatsApp, LINE or Instagram. Whichever you choose handles the message under its own privacy policy, and each processes data on servers outside Korea.

This website loads a typeface from Google Fonts, and the visit page shows a Google Maps panel. Both mean Google receives your IP address, and the map may set cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies of our own on this site.

We keep booking request messages for 12 months after your visit or after the request is closed, then delete them.

Scalp images taken during a visit are kept so we can compare them at your next visit. Tell us at any time if you would like them deleted.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to scalpitag@gmail.com and we will answer by email.
