Why do you recommend the Signature Deep Relax Spa to visitors?

What is bangjja?

Bangjja is traditional Korean bronze, hand-forged from copper and tin. We use it with aroma during the opening ritual to ease the scalp and the line of the neck.

Will I leave with wet hair?

No. The Signature Deep Relax Spa ends with drying assistance, and you are welcome to use the powder room to style your hair.

Can two of us book the Signature Deep Relax Spa together?

Yes. Rooms for two to four let you be cared for side by side, at the same time. Tell us how many of you are coming when you book.

What should I do before my visit?

Nothing special. If you’ve had a color or perm, please wait three to five days. When you book, tell us about any scalp concerns, allergies or pregnancy, and allow about ten minutes on top of the course for changing.
